Kam Johal and Mike Pugh A Black Country accident repair company is set to see turnover jump by £1 million a year after taking over a Wolverhampton firm.

Bodykraft Dudley - which has earned a reputation for high quality accident repair work for all major insurance companies - has acquired Coach & Motor Works, based in Drayton Street. The deal will see annual turnover increase from £9 million to £10 million.

Mike Pugh, managing director of Bodykraft, said: "The acquisition of Coach & Motor Works creates an exciting opportunity for Bodykraft to develop a greater presence in the auto repair market."
