Why not enact a work card program for illegals such as this? Pay $2,500 to obtain a temporary work card. One must have a clean record to receive a Social Security card. One can qualify for a driver's license. One must have auto liability insurance. The employer must take out all taxes. If paid in cash, the employer would be fined and the employee fined and subject to deportation.
