, part of of Pennsylvania, has announced a new field organizational structure and named Northeast regional president of its Worcester-based operations.
The new regional field organization realigns the company's existing network of field offices into four geographic zones, Harleysville said in a press release.

WASHINGTON — Interest rates on short-term Treasury bills were mixed in yesterday's auction, with rates on three-month bills rising to the highest level since April 2001. The auctioned $18 billion in three-month bills at a discount rate of 3.940 percent, up from 3.910 percent last week. Another $16 billion in six-month bills brought a discount rate of 4.155 percent, down from 4.195 percent last week.
The discount rates reflect that the bills sell for less than face value. For a $10,000 bill, the three-month price was $9,901.50, while a six-month bill sold for $9,791.10.
