AVENUES: Emmitt J. Bouie, 47, of Neptune was charged Oct. 26 with possession of heroin, distribution of heroin, intent to distribute in a school zone and within 500 feet of public housing and possession of crack cocaine by Officer D. Kenny.

Justine M. Holden, 22, of Lakewood was charged Oct. 27 with a warrant out of Lakewood for attempted murder, obstructing the administration of justice, possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon by certain persons not allowed to have possession. Investigators Michael Barnes and Lorenzo Pettway assisted the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office and the Monmouth County Task Force in making the arrest.

Corrine A. Kernan, 41, of Seventh Avenue was charged Oct. 27 with identity theft, theft by deception and credit card theft by Detective Robert Ash.

Sean M. Forehand, 32, of Deal Lake Drive was charged Oct. 28 with violation of a final restraining order and tampering with evidence by Officer John Sosdian.

Self Justice Gibson, 23, of Fifth Avenue was charged Oct. 28 with eluding police, possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute, intent to distribute in a park zone and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Detective Phillip Montgomery.

Dennis A. Power, 21, of Third Avenue was charged Oct. 28 with possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute, intent to distribute in a park zone and tampering with evidence by Investigator Michael Barnes.

Donna Muratore, 45, of New York City was charged Oct. 28 with defrauding the administration of a drug test, resisting arrest, eluding police and possession of a device to defraud a drug test. Officer Connie Breech made the arrest.

Andrew L. Everett, 65, of Dunlewy Street was charged Oct. 30 with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of a weapon by Officer Joseph Spallina.

Timothy J. Wilson, 19, of Asbury Avenue was charged Oct. 30 with possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute and intent to distribute in a school zone by Officer Daniel Kowsaluk.

Between Oct. 26 and Nov. 1, police made five arrests for possession of drug paraphernalia, three for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, six for trespassing, four for shoplifting, two each for hindering apprehension, simple assault and disorderly conduct and one for obstructing the administration of justice. Twenty-six arrests were made for outstanding warrants.

Joseph A. Parla, 34, of 12th Avenue was charged Oct. 25 with use or being under the influence of cocaine and heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident occurring on Oct. 24 on 12th Avenue. Patrolmen Darian Vitello and Mark Walsifer made the arrest.

An 18-year-old Spring Lake Heights man and three males ages 16 and 17 were charged Oct. 30 with alcohol beverage control violations by Sgt. Tom Cox and patrolmen Eric Weir and Darian Vitello.

Between Oct. 24 and 30, police issued 18 motor-vehicle summonses for moving violations and 15 parking violations. Eight arrests were made for outstanding warrants.

A 35-year-old Neptune man was charged Oct. 23 with hindering apprehension and driving while suspended by patrolmen Terry Browning and Charles Zulla.

Rogelio C. Perez, 39, of Asbury Park was charged Oct. 24 with driving while intoxicated by Sgt. Stephen Fahnholz and patrolmen Anthony Murray and Michael Tardio.

Adelbert Macon, 37, of McCabe Avenue was charged Oct. 24 with possession of cocaine by Sgt. Stephen Fahnholz, Patrolman Michael Tardio and Patrolwoman Josephine Celauro.

A 26-year-old Brick man was charged Oct. 27 with tampering with evidence by Patrolman Edward Scott, Detective Lt. Leonard Guida and Sgt. Stephen Fahnholz.

Between Sept. 19 and 26, three bicycles and one purse were reported stolen and one vehicle was vandalized. During the month of September, police made nine arrests for alcohol beverage control violation, eight for outstanding warrants and responded to 436 calls for service.

Following a motor-vehicle pursuit Oct. 6, Eddie L. Hall, 34, of Neptune was charged with robbery, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, unlawful possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of an imitation weapon, attempting to elude police, resisting arrest by physical force and possession of cocaine. Sgt. John Matthews made the arrest.

Anthony R. Nazare, 37, of Toms River was charged Oct. 9 with possession Xanax and use or being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance by Patrolwoman Erin Burns.

A 20-year-old Asbury Park woman was charged Oct. 11 with shoplifting at Super Foodtown and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolwoman Erin Burns.

Mario Disabatino, 44, of Hazlet was charged Oct. 13 with theft by deception, forgery and possession of a false government identification by Detective Matthew Quagliato.

Lawrence Reeves, 42, of Neptune was charged Oct. 14 with burglary of an auto and theft by unlawful taking or disposition by Detective James Isacson.

William C. Schiereck, 27, of Neptune was charged Oct. 21 with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes by Patrolman Michael Cavallo.

An 18-year-old Neptune man was charged Oct. 29 with possession of alcohol while under age and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolwoman Erin Burns.

An 18-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man, both from Bradley Beach, and two 17-year-old juveniles from Bradley Beach and Neptune City were charged Oct. 30 with criminal mischief by Patrolwoman Erin Burns.

A 44-year-old Jackson man was charged Oct. 22 with simple assault for an incident occurring on West Sylvania Avenue on Oct. 21. Patrolman Michael Cavallo made the arrest.

A 20-year-old Belmar man was charged Oct. 26 with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and an outstanding warrant by Sgt. John Matthews.

A 24-year-old Asbury Park woman was accused of causing an annoyance in a professional building and later was arrested on a warrant out of Asbury Park. Patrolman John Hanna investigated the Oct. 21 incident.

A red Wheelhouse generator with two wheels and a Briggs and Stratton engine were stolen from a garage on Oct. 21. Patrolman Kevin Meseroll investigated.

Gregory J. Laino, 47, of Red Bank was charged Oct. 21 with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia by officers Scott Valenti and Michael Rich.

A 16-year-old male from the Wayside section of the township and a 17-year-old township female were charged Oct. 21 with underage consumption of alcohol and providing alcoholic beverages to a minor. Patrolman Ryan Vaccaro investigated.

Sgt. Thomas Burke investigated the theft of a white envelope containing a deposit slip, three checks and cash that was left on the hood of a car with a purse on Oct. 21.

Patrolman Michael Vaccaro investigated the Oct. 22 theft of a girls silver Vertical bicycle, which was chained to a tree in front of a residence.

A sign in front of Dario Hair Studio was broken and three letters from the sign were stolen. Patrolman Cory Cole investigated the Oct. 23 incident.

A 17-year-old township man was charged Oct. 23 with using a sling shot to shoot a penny at the windshield of a motor vehicle, which then shattered. Patrolman Eduardo Segarra investigated.

A 20-year-old Killeen, Texas, man was given a summons Oct. 24 for soliciting door-to-door in the township without a permit. Patrolman James Skripko investigated.

Patrolman Bruce Friend investigated an Oct. 24 burglary of a residence. A screwdriver and hammer taken from the garage were used to break a window to enter the home.

Patrolman Trevor Dickerson investigated the theft of a pocketbook from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence on Oct. 24. Stolen were two black carrying cases with the insignia "Shine Jewelers" and several necklaces.

Chris Greenfield, 40, and Brandon Roberts, 18, both of Seaside Heights, were charged Oct. 24 with possession of heroin by Officer Scott Valenti and Sgt. Thomas Burke. Roberts also was charged with an outstanding warrant out of Berkeley.

A 20-year-old township woman was charged Oct. 25 with criminal mischief, harassment, assault and throwing bodily fluids at a police officer following an argument. Patrolwoman Kathleen DeLanoy investigated.

A resident of the West Allenhurst section of the township reported Oct. 25 that a credit card was used fraudulently in an attempt to change the billing address of the victim. Sgt. Frank Sprague investigated.

Patrolman William Crosta took a report involving a male described as 16 to 17 years old, about 5 feet, 6 inches in height and wearing all black clothing who was observed shoplifting a compact disc from the Target department store on Oct. 26. The suspect fled the store on foot.

A 10-foot white fiberglass rowboat was reported stolen from a resident's yard to Patrolman David Smith. The theft occurred between Oct. 28 and Nov. 1.

A 27-year-old borough man was charged Oct. 30 with criminal simulation of a motor-vehicle insurance identification card by Patrolman Deron Ilarraza.

Borough woman Jacquelyn D. Russell, 46, was charged Nov. 1 with theft by deception, forgery and uttering a forged document by Detective Eliot Ramos.

On Nov. 3 at 8:26 a.m., the Helfrich Bus Company reported that one of their school buses was experiencing a fuel leak. Police and the fire company were dispatched to the scene. Eight students, who attend either Dean Porter or Forrestdale schools, were removed from the bus and transported to school by another Helfrich Bus without incident. The bus company sent their mechanics to the scene and reported that the fuel leak was caused by a leaky O ring at the fuel filter. The repair to the bus was made at the scene and the bus completed its route.

Between Oct. 29 and 31, several incidents of criminal mischief were reported to police. Most incidents were minor, but two involved significant damage to two homes. The Spring Lake Detective Bureau and Juvenile Officer are investigating.

Between Oct. 12 and 18, police made eight arrests for outstanding warrants. Between Oct. 19 and 25, police made three arrests for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, one each for criminal mischief, hindering apprehension, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple assault. Fourteen arrests were made for outstanding warrants.
