Maritime Insurance Group is a large, independently-owned insurance agency specializing in commercial property and casualty, employee benefits, financial services and personal lines insurance with offices in Sheboygan, Manitowoc and Plymouth.

Nickelsen, of Plymouth, is responsible for all plant operations, including agriculture, product processing, quality assurance, human resources, safety, accounting and payroll.

Throughout the years, his positions have included being in a forklift position, sanitation supervisor and production supervisor in contract operations.

He transferred to the Belgium plant in 1996 as a production supervisor and was later promoted to assistant operations manager in 1998 and to warehouse manager in 2000. In 2004 he was named general manager of Lakeside's Eden plant.

Salazar joined Lakeside in 1991 in Belgium. In 2000, she was promoted into a full-time warehouse relief job and to receptionist, her most recent position prior to her promotion.

White, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Fordham University School of Law, is currently president, general counsel and secretary of the Institute of International Container Lessors and serves on the Commercial Operations Advisory Committee for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

White is a former member of the law firms Hill, Betts & Nash and Barger & Wolen. He has also served as deputy commissioner of transportation and counsel to the mayor of the City of New York.

White served on active and reserve duty in the U.S. Navy for 36 years, retiring in 2004 as vice commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command in the rank of Rear Admiral.
